Review:
This is my first book by JLA and let me say that i really enjoyed this book a lot.
In the aspect of the romance, i was a little bit too picky and grumpy about how the male was described, and later on i laughed at my own reactions.

The plot develops as Sam tries to come back to her old life which she is a stranger to. The person she was before she left was disgustingly annoying and the worst description I've heard of a human being. But when she is back she is not that girl anymore, which i find a really interesting view on "character development". In this case you don't see the character become good, but you learn the horrible past.
The plot is really mysterious and you keep wondering if anything that is happening that has to do with the night she disappeared is true or if it's a trick of her mind. The narrator is unreliable and that is one of the best things that can be done in a story in my opinion.
The plot is really intriguing and as always happens to me with mystery books.. I couldnt sleep for like 2 days because i had to read this book and know what was happening.
In the book you can't trust anyone at any moment, every character has their weird mysterious side you catch on.
As the story progressed i had no idea of what was going on until the end chapter which was.. INSANE. The last events on this book were literally insanity. So much was going on, and everything falls into piece, but i couldn't believe any of what was going on, basically when i was reading this book and was finishing it i was screaming at 3 am when these events happen.
It is definitely worth the ride.
I recommend this to anyone who likes mysteries with a really good unexpected twist!
(I don't believe anyone who says they guessed what happened.)
